The 90-Second Secret to No-Weight Gain

I Have A Question…

Imagine if I told you that you could walk into your holiday parties, eat whatever you want, drink as much as you want, and not gain a pound of weight — would that be something you’d be interested in?

It requires no equipment, special foods, special drinks, medication, or supplements. In fact, all that is required is 90 SECONDS OF YOUR TIME. That’s it.

I challenge you (and anyone else) to devote just 90 seconds of your time to performing a body-weight exercise in order to avoid weight gain during these festive times.

How is this possible? It’s possible when you sustain an exercise between 1 to 2 minutes, you will yield a powerful substance in your body called GLUT-4. This substance is activated and increased during exercise. When GLUT-4 is at its peak after exercise, food calories are pushed into muscle cells rather than stored as body fat. GLUT-4 is a transporter, so exercise before eating will change the location of the food.

So during this time of indulgences and parties, do yourself a favor and invest in less than 2 minutes of exercise for a tradeoff of fun and carelessness.

And how much exercise is needed? 90 SECONDS.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Choose an exercise that you can sustain for over a minute. (The best exercise is a Squat)

  2. Perform the exercise for at least 90 seconds. (Encourage all family and friends to partake — tell them I require you to do it)

  3. Enjoy your indulgences

**To take it one step further, repeat again within 2 hours after you are done consuming everything in sight.**
