Sessions are 55 minutes and are only available in NYC**.

*An additional cost of $25 is added to session rate if an independent gym is required

Fitness training sessions are custom-designed using the following focuses:

  1. Internal Joint mechanics training through body-weight motions with control against gravity. You will be able to better connect and move your body after every practice.
  2. External Traditional resistance training using barbells, dumbbells, cables, and machines. Great for changing the look, size, and shape of your physique.
  3. Cardiovascular Conditioning your breathing and recovery systems through varied intensities and demands. Essential for breathing easier and having a stronger heart.

 

These sessions are great for exploring various movements, forces and ranges that will leave you feeling more alive and in control of your body and emotions.


REMOTE $125/Session Sessions are conducted via phone call, Zoom, or FaceTime.

Nutrition coaching sessions are custom-designed using the following focuses:

  1. Observation Learning to build awareness and transparency in your dietary habits. Outlining your routines and the obstacles in between.
  2. Analysis Discovering patterns and trends that show the biggest challenges and room for improvement. Learning your biggest strengths and weaknesses.
  3. Strategy & Execution Highlighting and focusing solely on the most effective habit that can be introduced immediately. Defining the specific habit(s) you will be managing on your own.
  4. Accountability Designing a system of consistency through communications, reminders, and measurements of success for each habit. Making sure you are following through on your habit(s).

 

These sessions are great for understanding how your food choices affect your energy, aesthetics and internal health, and how to introduce small adjustments to keep your body operating optimally without giving up everything you love.

Wellness coaching sessions are custom-designed using the following focuses:

  1. Exploration Defining “you” through outlining your values, priorities, commitments, goals, and preferences of the present and the future. Outlining what is most important to you, and how health plays a role in this image.
  2. Identify Assessment of what is negotiable and realistic. You determine what approach best fits your life. Defining the challenges that prevent you from living your healthiest life.
  3. Strategy & Execution Highlighting and focusing solely on the most effective habit that can be introduced immediately. What can you introduce right away to make you 1% better today?
  4. Accountability Designing a system of small wins through communications, reminders, and measurements of success for each habit. What can we do to make sure you follow through regularly?

 

These sessions are great for looking at routines as a whole and figuring out which areas can be improved to make “healthy” work for your lifestyle.
