Summer is the perfect time to get outside and take your workouts outdoors. Gyms are a great place for fitness, but you can certainly get an awesome workout under the sun. This summer, I’m teaching you just that.
Each week, I will be hosting workouts in Central Park. Here are the details:

Where Do We Workout?
Sheep Meadow is a 15-acre preserve located between 66th – 69th Streets in Central Park, NYC.
If you walk in from the entrance next to Le Pain Quotidien, I will be set-up about 100 meters in the center of the open area.
