Fat Loss. Two words that paint a powerful image that most dream of reaching but instead spend a lifetime chasing. The metamorphosis desire that riddles the world — What is the best way to lose fat? Find out my 3 favorite strategies.
Any Way You Want. As Much As You Want. Whenever You Want It.
Fat accumulation and weight gain occur because we have an endless amount of options and are constantly struggling between our desire for satisfaction and our efforts to make responsible decisions. You have to remember — we live in a time when food is accessible at any moment you desire. You must appreciate the fact that food was scarce for 99% of the human timeline. Talk about being grateful.
The real challenge for society’s relationship with food is dealing with all the choices available! There are reminders everywhere; the smell of food cooking, the proximity of restaurants and fast food, the cupboards and cabinets lined with snacks, and even the advertisements in our everyday lives.
Check This Out: Tomorrow as you go about your day, count how many you food-related ads you see. I bet you you’ll lose count after 30 within 4 hours.
Why Is The Average Person Overweight?
This billion dollar question has led to finger pointing, endless theories, and food cults that identify themselves with a dietary status. Social groups adopt dietary lifestyles based upon ideologies of self-proclaimed guru’s and scientists of the cause that are, more than often, based upon biased studies and anecdotal evidence. This leads to years of radical food movements that create more damage than they do good. [Does anyone remember the 90’s “Low Fat” campaign? Come on, now…]
There are more and more dietary identifies developing each day that aim to optimize health in the every sense of the word and ultimately prevail as the undisputed best fat-loss method.
We have:
- Vegans and vegetarians.
- And pescaterians.
- And the fruits and vegetable only believers.
- And the veggies only group.
- There’s the old-school meat and potatoes family.
- And the grass-fed meat, free-range chicken, and wild fish loyalists.
- Along with the “organic is bullish-t” responders.
- Accompanied by the whole foods movement.
- Let’s not forget the juicing revolution.
That’s just off the top of my head.
Food is becoming the new religion. If you’re not with us, you’re on the wrong path. Am I right? To create more of a divide, you may find yourself around someone who has no pre-set “beliefs” about their food and only one rituals they follow — eating whatever they desire. Those people are known as the [insert dietary status name here].
In 10 years, I don’t know how people will even be able to create a dinner options menu for their wedding!
With the growing number of dietary ideologies, the average non-committed person seeking fat loss is bombarded with claims of health nirvana and guaranteed weight changes. Usually a friend or a great before/after picture builds enough rapport and trust for the average individual to commit themselves to a new eating style in hopes of an improved figure through food.
So What Works? What’s The Best Style For Fat Loss?
[Drum roll, please.]
Whatever works for you!! It’s this simple:
The best diet in the world is the one you stick to.
Consistency yields the greatest effect from any efforts. The trick is to find the least invasive approach to bettering yourself in some sort of way. The success and liberation from conventional dieting is adopting a strategy (or multiples) that you enjoy and default to doing without any thought.
For example: Since I was a young, I always order a glass of water with every meal. Even if I’m going to accompany a specific drink with food, I will drink water at the same time. Ordering water is automatic for me. I’m unconsciously consistent with proper hydration. The “drinking 8 glasses of water” strategy works for me.
Focus on what works for you and introduce those strategies into your dietary habits.
Here’s My 3 Favorite Strategies For Fat Loss:
3 Stages Of Fat Loss
1. The Switch
This is great for the average person who hates making decisions, especially with food. The Switch involves replacing a particular meal/snack with a pre-designed food product. This works well for some because they may have anxiety of choosing the right foods, so this approach allows a person to find comfort in knowing that particular product provides an abundance of health properties and can be used in replacement of any meal/snack.
Switch your bad habits with something will make it easier to stay on track.
I like: BioTrust Low-Carb Protein Powder [Milk Chocolate]. This company is one of the best in the supplement industry and provide a great protein powder that mixes easy with water and can be consumed with a few seconds of effort. Tastes like awesomeness and provides a great internal state for fat loss. Win-Win.
Note: If you live in NYC, I have 40 bottles on hand. I accidentally purchased the wrong quantity and now apparently I’m a protein dealer. Contact me if you are interested in purchasing. I’ll even hand deliver them to you!
2. The Yes/No List
Do This, Not This. Eat This, Not That. Yes/No. Simple decisions are made when everything is separated into two categories: Approved and Restricted. This strategy is a favorite amongst my clients. Find a dietary strategy that has a list of simple guidelines for you to follow. Stay within the lines and you’re all set!
I like: My 21-Day Belly Blast Diet. This is a classic Yes/No list that I tailored to alleviating gastrointestinal issues like stomach pains, belly inflammation, and unknown intolerances. This is a natural “detox” without the propaganda. I follow this diet at least once a year and I love the results. You will too.
Note: I’m accepting 15 people by Wednesday, April 30th. $45 gets you the 21-Day Belly Blast Diet along with a phone consultation with me. Email me ASAP to reserve your spot.
3. The In-Depth Custom Plan
Every person’s body is different. Certain strategies work for some but not for other. When you tired of guessing at what works for you and just want the right solution(s) for you, seek an expert. . If your efforts are constantly hindered by unexpected health hiccups, you want expert eyes on your execution. This is great for the person seeking true understanding of their body and what is best for them specifically.
